The Management

	David is a pioneer in the online reputation, trust and security industry. David led the market research and product development for the Internet's first Web 2.0 ORS (Online Reputation System), which allowed both self-management of reputation as well as a social media platform. His market research lead him to work with eBay's top online sellers, as well as in subsequent research with major online retailers like Best Buy, Circuit City, B&H Photo among other Top Internet Retailers 500 list. Through his extensive research in the online reputation field and methods of customer conversion, David soon found himself advising emerging and established e-tailers on how to build and maintain an online reputation. It is through this work that David discovered a critical gap in the marketplace; there was not a single company offering a compelling security service, including security trust marks (seals) for the small-to-medium size etailers. Being a hands-on entrepreneur himself, WebSafe Shield was soon established to meet this demand. David has an MBA from San Jose State University. David's background includes leading the international partner program during his 5 years at Netscape, later acquired by AOL, as well as at Opinity, a provider of ORS, and SellPoint, a leading channel marketing company for large clients such as Canon, Fuji, SanDisk and partners including Best Buy, Amazon.com, Buy.com among others.
	Byron has over 15 years in key and leadership roles developing mission-critical solutions for such firms as Oracle, Moody's, Well Fargo, and Hi5. He specializes in build highly scalable rich client applications using the following technologies like AJAX, JQuery, Cloud Computing, Java EE, PHP, Mysql, and Oracle. With a passion for website security based upon years of research, analysis and implementation, Byron joins WebSafe Shield to drive its continued growth. He has a Masters in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and received a BS in Mathematics at UNC Chapel.
